The Pella Police Department engaged in the following activities during the week of Feb.
2-8, 2025: 193 calls for service, 14 traffic citations, 60 traffic warnings, seven parking
tickets, two accidents, one arrest, two charges, zero juvenile referrals and two warrant
arrests.
COMMUNICATION CENTER WEEKLY STATS
The Pella Police Department Communications Center engaged in the following activities
during the same period: 193 incoming telephone calls and 26 total incoming 911 calls.
ARRESTS:
• On 02/07/25, a subject from Pella was charged with assault. The subject was
incarcerated.
WARRANTS:
• On 02/07/25, a subject from Pella was picked up on a warrant out of Wapello County
for failure to appear. The subject was incarcerated while awaiting extradition.
• On 01/07/25, a subject from Pella was picked up on a warrant out of Mahaska County
for failure to appear. The subject was incarcerated on local charges and later extradited
to Mahaska County.
