The Pella Police Department engaged in the following activities during the week of
March 30- April 05, 2025: 195 calls for service, 12 traffic citations, 23 traffic warnings,
four parking tickets, six accidents, one arrest, four charges, zero juvenile referrals or
warrant arrests.
COMMUNICATION CENTER WEEKLY STATS
The Pella Police Department Communications Center engaged in the following activities
during the same period: 321 incoming telephone calls and 48 total incoming 911 calls.
ARRESTS:
• On 03/30/25, a female from Pella was charged with attempt to commit murder and
domestic abuse assault with a dangerous weapon. The subject was incarcerated.
• On 03/31/25, a male from Des Moines was arrested for OWI 2nd offense, subject was
incarcerated.
