Pella Police Report Sept 15-21

The Pella Police Department engaged in the following activities during the week of Sept.
15-21, 2024: 183 calls for service, 17 traffic citations, 30 traffic warnings, 11 parking
tickets, seven accidents, two arrests, three charges, one juvenile referral and two
warrant arrests.

COMMUNICATION CENTER WEEKLY STATS
The Pella Police Department Communications Center engaged in the following activities
during the same period: 266 incoming telephone calls and 41 total incoming 911 calls.
ARRESTS:
• On 09/20/24, a subject from Pella was charged with Assault. The subject was
incarcerated. JUVENILE REFERRAL:
• On 09/18/24, a juvenile from Pella was referred to Juvenile Court Offices for
harassment 1st, minor armed with a dangerous weapon concealed on a person, and
threat of terrorism. The juvenile was placed in the custody of juvenile court officers and
transported to a juvenile detention facility.
• On 09/19/24, a juvenile from Pella was referred to Juvenile Court Offices for
harassment 1st. The juvenile was released to the custody of a parent or guardian.
• On 09/21/24, a juvenile from Pella was referred to Juvenile Court Offices for assault
and possession 1st. The juvenile was released to the custody of a parent or guardian.
