In the past 24 hours, Marion County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 15 calls for service
including, but not limited to: 4 extra patrol requests, 3 motorist assists, 2 paper service
attempts, 2 fights, 1 vehicle accident, 1 fraud call, 1 report of a reckless driver, and 1 fire
alarm.
In the past 24 hours, the Marion County Sheriff’s office communications center fielded
58 calls including 26 911 calls.
The Marion County Jail is currently holding 17 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 1 subject
was booked into the Marion County Jail: Jake Dean Kindley, age 28 of Knoxville, was
charged with public intoxication.
Oct. 20
In the past 24 hours, deputies responded to 20 calls for service including, but not limited
to: 4 extra patrol requests, 3 suspicious activity calls, 2 return phone calls, 2 dog calls, 1
incomplete 911, 1 business alarm, 1 found item, 1 reckless driver, 1 abandon bike, 1
suspicious person, 1 rescue, 1 accident, and 1 juvenile.
In the past 24 hours, the communications center fielded 68 calls including 26 911 calls.
The jail is currently holding 18 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 2 subjects were booked
into the jail: Levi Alan Adkinson, age 19 of Columbia, Mo., was charged with OWI-1st,
possession-marijuana 1st, and possession of drug paraphernalia; Brandon Allen
Nichols, age 27 of Knoxville, was charged with OWI-2nd offense.

In the past 24 hours, deputies responded to 29 calls for service including, but not limited
to: 10 paper service attempts, 5 extra patrol checks, 2 accidents, 2 returned phone
calls, 2 rescue calls, 2 motorist assists, 1 vehicle fire, 1 follow up, 1 report of debris in
the roadway, 1 harassment, 1 domestic, and 1 suspicious person.
In the past 24 hours, the communications center fielded 64 calls including 16 911 calls.
The jail is currently holding 17 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 1 subject was booked into
the jail: Brice Allen Maxwell, age 35 of Anita, was charged with failure to
appear/contempt of court.

In the past 24 hours, deputies responded to 34 calls for service including, but not limited
to: 7 paper service attempts, 5 extra patrol requests, 3 motorist assists, 2 parking
complaints, 1 issue with the road, 1 deer, 1 request for assistance, 1 grass fire, 1 report
of harassment, 1 vehicle fire, 1 report of livestock on the roadway, 1 report of a reckless
driver, 1 fraud report, 1 escort of a suspicious vehicle, 1 follow up, 1 request to meet a
person, and 4 other calls for service.
In the past 24 hours, the communications center fielded 69 calls including 9 911 calls.

the jail: Christian Collis Hughes, age 19 of Milwaukee, Wis., was charged with

to: 3 paper service attempts, 2 extra patrols, 2 accidents, 2 reports of debris in the
roadway, 2 vehicle inspections, 1 report of livestock in the roadway, 1 motorist assets, 1
found item, 1 rescue, 1 report of trespass, 1 request to meet a person, and 1 follow up.

barred; Connor Derek Verbridge, age 27 of Knoxville, was charged with OWI 1st
offense; John W Bryant Jr, age 21 of Chicago, Ill., was charged with possession of
control substance marijuana 1st; Malik Arjean Davis, age 20 of Asbury, was charged
with possession of a control substance marijuana 1st.

follow up, 1 salvage tag, 1 reckless driver, 1 vehicle inspection, 1 grass fire and 1
juvenile.

subjects, 2 return calls, 2 suspicious activity calls, 2 rescue calls, 2 domestics, 1
incomplete 911, 1 welfare check, 1 animal bite, 1 follow up call, 1 vehicle unlock, 1 fight,
1 livestock, and 5 other calls.
In the past 24 hours, the communications center fielded 78 calls including 32 911 calls.

into the jail: Angela Lee Freeman, age 36 of Lacona, was charged with violation of
probation; Ronda Jo Snyder, age 58 of Bartlesville, Okla., was charged with judgment
entry/mittimus; Ethan James Moen, age 18 of Hamilton, was charged with harassment-
1st degree (sexting), and 3 counts of possession media exploit minor-1st; Shane
Edward Puffinbarger, age 50 of Knoxville, was charged with judgment entry/mittimus;
Justin Jay Kanney, age 38 of Humeston, was charged with disorderly conduct-
fight/violence; Jon Michael Luran, age 37 of Chariton, was charged with public
intoxication, and disorderly conduct-fight/violence.
