The Pella Police Department engaged in the following activities during the week of Dec.
21-27, 2025: 170 Calls for Service, 10 Traffic Citations, 47 Traffic Warnings, zero
Parking Tickets, two Accidents , two Arrests, one charge, one Juvenile Referrals and
one Warrant Arrest.
COMMUNICATION CENTER WEEKLY STATS
The Pella Police Department Communications Center engaged in the following activities
during the same period: 200 Incoming Telephone Calls and 49 Total Incoming 911 Calls.
ARRESTS:
• On 12/26/25, a subject from Pella was arrested for OWI 3rd or subsequent offense.
They were released on pretrial bond with a court date.
WARRANTS:
• On 12/23/25, a subject from Pella was picked up on a warrant for felony child
endangerment. A deputy transported the subject to the Marion County Jail.
JUVENILE REFERRALS:
• On 12/22/2025, a subject from Ottumwa was referred to juvenile court services for
possession of a controlled substance – marijuana, 1st offense.
