In the past 24 hours, Marion County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 30 calls for service
including, but not limited to: 17 extra patrol requests, 2 accidents, 2 incomplete 911s, 2
rescue calls, 1 suspicious vehicle, 1 suspicious activity call, 1 vehicle unlock, 1 juvenile,
1 reckless driver, 1 motorist assist, and 1 other call.
In the past 24 hours, the Marion County Sheriff’s office communications center fielded
39 calls including 20 911 calls.
The Marion County Jail is currently holding 16 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 1 subject
was booked into the Marion County Jail: Brittney Rae Minard, age 25 of Knoxville, was
charged with OWI-2nd offense.
Feb. 2
In the past 24 hours, deputies responded to 26 calls for service including, but not limited
to: 11 extra patrol requests, 3 accidents, 2 vehicle unlocks, 2 suspicious activity calls, 2
paper service attempts, 1 grass fire, 1 juvenile, 1 dispute, 1 incomplete 911, 1 rescue
call, and 1 motorist assist.

and quiet, 1 incomplete 911, 1 animal neglect, 1 follow up call, met with 1 subject, 1
welfare check, 1 transport, 1 juvenile, 1 wanted subject, 1 intoxicated subject, 1 reckless
driver, 1 accident, 1 domestic, and 2 other calls.
In the past 24 hours, the communications center fielded 93 calls including 29 911 calls.

juveniles, 2 rescues, 1 wanted person, 1 reckless driver, 1 return phone call, 1 pole fire,
1 residential structure fire, 1 follow up, 1 dispute, and 2 other calls.

into the jail: Eric Keith Burkland, age 49 of Pella, was charged with drug stamp

Dawn Payne, age 52 of Pella, was charged with drug stamp violations, possession-
marijuana 1st, and drug trafficing-5mg-100kg meth; Trenton Lee Huff, age 19 of
Knoxville, was charged with disorderly conduct-fighting/violence, and assault with bodily
injury.

booked into the jail: Marie Genelle Wiseman, age 36 of Des Moines, charged with
driving while barred and operation without an interlock device; Harry Miller Partee, Jr.,
age 46 of Knoxville, charged with harassment-second-degree, three counts of violation
of a no contact order, harassment-first-degree, failure to appear/contempt of court, and
stalking-second offense; Samara Morgan Gist, age 22 of Pella, charged with
possession of drug paraphernalia.

into the jail: James Richard Bedell, age 30 of Knoxville, charged with assault with bodily
injury; Ralph Bill Kelly, age 56 of Flossmoor, Ill., charged with possession of a controlled
substance 1, 2, 3; Aimee Marie Hubler, age 41 of Knoxville, charged with domestic
abuse assault; Chadd Allen Eagle, age 45 of Albia, charged with possession of
marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; Hannah Aseelah Harris, age 20 of
Melcher, charged with driving while license denied/revoked-OWI; Martin Levi Lucero,
age 56 of Centerville, charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug
paraphernalia.
