In the past 24 hours, Marion County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 28 calls for service
including, but not limited to: 6 motorist assists, 4 grass fires, 3 paper service attempts, 2
return phone calls, 2 rescue calls, 2 controlled burns, 2 suspicious persons, 2 vehicle
unlocks, 1 domestic, 1 assault, 1 accident, 1 extra patrol request, and met with 1
subject.
In the past 24 hours, the Marion County Sheriff’s office communications center fielded
124 calls including 29 911 calls.
The Marion County Jail is currently holding 21 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 6 subjects
were booked into the jail: Megan Elizabeth Hufnagel, age 29 of Maplewood, Mo., was
charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession-marijuana 1st;
Brittaney Rae Minard, age 25 of Knoxville, was charged with driving under suspension;
Bradley Michael Sleeth, age 24 of Knoxville, was charged with interference with official
act, and provide proof of financial liability; Nathan Coleman McFall, age 36 of
Centerville, was charged with driving while barred; Brenden Michael Wheeler, age 19 of
Lacona, was charged with OWI-2nd offense, driving under suspension, and operation
without ign interlock; Randy Wayne Van Waardhuizen, age 65 of Pleasantville, was
charged with driving while barred.

In the past 24 hours, deputies responded to 14 calls for service including, but not limited
to: 3 extra patrol requests, 2 motorist assists, 1 suspicious person, 1 rescue, 1 dispute,
1 accident, 1 paper service attempt, 1 fire alarm, 1 dog call, 1 criminal mischief, and 1
juvenile.
In the past 24 hours, the communications center fielded 66 calls including 14 911 calls.
The jail is currently holding 21 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 2 subjects were booked
into the jail: Claresa Gwen Kent, age 38 of Chariton, was charged with OWI-1st offense;
Levi James Null, age 25 of Pleasantville, was charged with possession of control
substance-Marijuana 1st, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In the past 24 hours, deputies responded to 27 calls for service including, but not limited
to: 9 extra patrol request, 5 follow up calls, 3 rescue calls, 2 paper service attempts, 2
return phone calls, 2 reckless driver, 1 juvenile, 1 grass fire, 1 suspicious vehicle, and
met with 1 subject.
In the past 24 hours, the communications center fielded 94 calls including 24 911 calls.
The jail is currently holding 18 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 4 subjects were booked
into the jail: Dawson Dirk Deal, age 19 of Knoxville, was charged with operating without
an ignition interlock, and driver license denied/revoked-OWI; Lukas Lee Bence, age 20
of Winterset, possession-marijuana 1st; Kylie Michelle Korkie, age 20 of Winterset, was
charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of controlled
substance-marijuana 1st; Colton James Moline, age 25 of Grinnell, was charged with
OWI-1st offense, possession-marijuana 1st, and driving under suspension.

In the past 24 hours, deputies responded to 24 calls for service including, but not limited
to: 5 extra patrol requests, 4 paper service attempts, 4 follow ups, 2 grass fires, 2
motorists assist, 1 domestic, 1 report of a suspicious vehicle, 1 missing person reported,
1 request for an escort, 1 incomplete 911, 1 vehicle inspection, and 1 return phone call.
In the past 24 hours, the communications center fielded 127 calls including 25 911 calls.

to: 3 paper service attempts, 3 reports of debris in the roadway, 3 follow ups, 3 rescues,
2 accidents, 2 welfare checks, 2 grass fires, 2 extra patrol requests, 2 return calls, 2
deer, 1 dog, 1 report of suspicious activity, 1 motorist assist, 1 escort, 1 report of a
reckless driver, 1 request to meet someone, and 1 theft

to: 5 paper service attempts, 2 domestics, 2 reports of reckless driver, 2 extra patrol
requests, 2 return calls, 2 escorts, 1 accident, 1 report of harassment, 1 request to
assist another agency, 1 report of debris in the roadway, 1 horse, 1 follow up, 1 motorist
assist, 1 juvenile, and 1 other call for service.

possession-marijuana 1st; Samantha Nicole Wheeler, age 37 of Chariton, was charged
with no valid driver’s license, interference with official acts, possession of drug
paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance 3rd, possession of less than 5gm
methamphetamine; Stephanie Lee Ann Brees, age 37 of Knoxville, was charged with
driving under suspension; Mason James Kreider, age 23 of Tracy, was charged with
domestic assault bodily injury 1 st .

In the past 24 hours, deputies responded to 30 calls for service including, but not limited
to: 6 extra patrol requests, 5 paper service attempts, 2 rescue calls, 2 wanted subjects,
2 return phone calls, 1 grass fire, 1 motorist assist, 1 domestic, 1 fraud, 1 civil, 1
juvenile, 1 reckless driver, 1 welfare check, 1 suspicious vehicle, 1 suspicious activity, 1
vehicle unlock, met with 1 subject, and 1 other call.

entry/mittimus; Jacob William Sterling, age 50 of Knoxville, on a judgment entry/
