Michael Owings — Shining Star for Pella Regional

Michael Owings, Pella Regional Medical Clinic - Knoxville, was selected as Pella Regional Health Center’s Shining Star for his high-performance standards.

Owings, resident of Knoxville, was nominated based on attitude, communication, etiquette, and ownership. 

Excerpt from his nomination:

“Mike consistently goes above and beyond to keep things running smoothly at the Knoxville Clinic. He never hesitates to step in and take on extra work, always doing so with a positive attitude and a smile. Whether he’s managing additional projects or keeping everyone informed with clear follow-through, Mike is someone the team can always count on.

Mike treats everyone with warmth and respect — from staff members and patients to delivery personnel — making each person feel welcome and valued. Many patients know him by name and make a point to stop at his desk to check in because of the connection he creates with them. We would truly be lost without Mike here in Knoxville!

Owings will receive a $100 gift, a plaque, and will automatically be included in the nominations for the Shining Star of the Year award.”
