Clifford Caylor

Clifford Caylor, 71, of Chariton, passed away on September 27, 2026, at the Lucas
County Health Center in Chariton, Iowa. Services will be held on Friday, October 16,
2026, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Knoxville at 11:00 a.m. A visitation will be held
prior to the service starting at 10:30 a.m. A burial will be held at Eureka cemetery.
Clifford Eugene Caylor was born on April 10, 1955, to C. Dewayne and Dawna (Ter
Louw) Caylor in Knoxville, Iowa.
There are many things that stayed constant in Clifford’s life. Since he was little, he loved
being outside and enjoyed hobbies such as hunting and fishing. There are many friends
and family who will miss him deeply.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie, his parents and his sister.
He is survived by 4 brothers.
