Comrade Coffee set for Oct. 16

Marion County Commission of Veterans Affairs announces the next installment of “Comrade Coffee,” which will be held on Friday, Oct. 16, from 9-11 a.m. at original Smokey Row located at 111 E Monroe St, Pleasantville.  This is a new day of the week for our Pleasantville gathering and is aimed at getting area veterans not acquainted with their local American Legion Post or VSO contacts to swing by and say hello.  All Marion County veterans are invited for free coffee and pastries provided by the Veteran’s Commission.  No reservations required--come on in and see some new and familiar faces!
